Watercolor by Ernst Damitz.  This was painted on a piece of cardboard box in the late 1800's and has some damage due to the age and improper framing.  Painting was carefully removed from prior frame and then reframed using conservation methods to minimize further damage.  Museum Glass was used which is why reflection is minor.
